Mega Club is Springhill's own wraparound care, delivered by Springhill Primary Academy.

Breakfast Club
Breakfast Club opens at 7.30am, and is available until 8.40am. Children will be taken from Mega Club to their classrooms so that they are ready to start the day with the rest of their class.
All children will be provided with breakfast providing they arrive before 8.15am.
Fees
Breakfast club costs £4.00 per day.
Children in receipt of Pupil Premium may attend breakfast club free of charge from 8.00am, please speak to the school office or email megaclub@springhillacademy.co.uk if you wish to enquire.
After School Club
After School Club opens at 3.20pm and is open until 6.00pm.
Mega Club has two sessions:

3.20pm - 4.30pm

4.30pm - 6.00pm
Children staying past 4.30pm will be provided with a light tea (such as a sandwich).
Fees
The session until 4.30pm costs £4.00 (snack not included)
The session until 6.00pm costs £8.00 per child between 3.15pm - 6.00pm (including snack and drink)
Registering for Mega Club
Mega Club has a handbook for 2025-26 which contains all the details concerning Mega Club.
Parents/carers will need to read this handbook, and once they have understood it will need to complete the short online parent/carer agreement form to show that they agree with the terms and coniditions outlined in the handbook.
Parent/Carer Agreement 2025/26
Once the office has recieved the parent/carer agreement form, parents/carers will then be able to book their child into Mega Club using ParentPay. All bookings must be made in advance using ParentPay, and any on-the-day bookings (subject to availability) will incur an additional administration charge, detailed in handbook.
